Discussion paper - NT Health Care Decision Makers
What happens when a patient is unable to make a decision about their health care? Who should be able to make a decision for them?
The Office of the Public Guardian is working with the Department of the Attorney-General and Justice on proposed changes to NT law. These changes aim to improve the way decisions are made around health care.
If you are a family member, close friend, service provider or community organisation, you can have your say on these proposed changes and how services can be improved.
