The Northern Territory Law Reform Committee (the Committee) has released a Consultation Paper regarding Mandatory Sentencing and Community-Based Sentencing Options.

Through this Consultation Paper, the Committee is seeking the views of professionals, agencies and individuals in the Northern Territory and other jurisdictions on the issues of mandatory sentencing in the Northern Territory and community-based sentencing options.
