Review of Proportionate Liability Law

The Department of the Attorney‑General and Justice invites comment on the proposed reform of proportionate liability law. The following links take you to a draft bill and explanatory notes.

It is intended that legislation be introduced during the November/December 2004 sittings of the Legislative Assembly and that the Bill be debated during the first sittings of 2005.
