The NTLSL documents were first released for public tender on 25 August 2014. 

Apart from minor changes made via addendum documents issued under that tender, no changes have been made to the NTLSL documents or manner of operation since that time.

Current copies of the NTLSL documents are in accordance with the tender documents (as amended by the addenda).
