Variation of conditions of liquor licences – Barkly region

The Northern Territory Liquor Commission has concluded its inquiry into the supply of takeaway liquor in the Barkly Region and has determined to vary the conditions of licences in the way the Commission considers appropriate .

Pursuant to section 33 (4) of the Liquor Act ('the Act') , the Commission has given written notice to licensees of its final determination in relation to takeaway trading hours and takeaway limits throughout the Barkly, and the reasons for the proposed variations.
