The Standing Committee of Attorneys-General have released a Discussion paper on a proposal for a National Model to Harmonise Regulation of Surrogacy. Interested individuals and organisations are invited to make written submissions on the proposal outlined in this paper (A Proposal For a National Model to Harmonise Regulation of Surrogacy PDF (347.8 KB))
